Racking built to the load, not to the catalogue
We roll, weld, coat and pack the steel ourselves, then engineer every bay against your pallet, your ceiling height and your load. Send the requirement — the drawing comes back for approval before anything is cut.
Coil in at one end, packed racking at the other
Roll forming, press work, welding and powder coating run on our own line. A load rating is therefore a production decision, not something bought in and relabelled.
Drawn to your load, coated to your colour
Send a drawing, a photograph of the space or simply the pallet weight. Bay sizes, level spacing and coating colour are fixed before a single profile is cut.
Thirty-seven seconds, coil in and racking out
Press and forming, the roll line, automatic welding, the conveyor after coating, then the bundles on the rack. Filmed on our own floor — the call-outs carry the numbers for anyone watching with the sound off.

Racking and logistics facilities, made in Xiamen since 2012
Xiamen Hongda Navigation Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures and sells storage racking and logistics equipment. Selective and heavy-duty racking, mould racks, factory shelving and non-standard frames are all built to the customer's drawing.
More than a decade of racking work sits behind the plant: our own design team, our own forming and coating lines, and export orders run on the same floor as domestic ones. Honest manufacturing, quality first, win-win cooperation.
Six stages, photographed on our own line
Not renders and not a partner factory. Coil comes in at one end and packed racking leaves at the other, which is why a load rating is a production decision rather than a purchase order.

- Steel coil storage
- Cold-rolled coil held indoors under the crane; thickness and grade checked against the mill certificate on receipt.
- Decoiling
- Coil loaded on the uncoiler and pulled through a straightener before the strip reaches a line.
- Cutting
- Sheet and plate cut on the plasma table and the shear, to lengths taken from the approved drawing.
- Punching
- Turret punch for the hole pattern in uprights and the slots in shelf profiles; the pitch set here is what makes a level adjustable.
What an inspector confirmed, in numbers
Company figures below come from the onsite verification on record. Certificates and inspection reports are issued on request rather than reproduced here.
Eight ranges, one steel line
Every range is made on the same roll-forming, welding and coating line, so a mixed container is normal rather than a special order.
Models most buyers start from
Every model is built to order. Load rating, colour and packing are confirmed on the quotation, so no list price is published.
